Family with kids good but needs work

I had a pretty decent time here. The front desk staff were super nice and helped me switch to a suite when the first room just wasn't gonna cut it. My kids loved that the room was big and clean. We had space to move around, which is important with the little ones.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

We were lucky to stay in an updated room with comfy beds, and the decor felt fresh. The location near restaurants was super convenient.

I recently enjoyed my stay where I could easily walk to River Park Shopping Center, just a short 1.5 km away, to explore some great shops and grab a bite at Chili's Grill & Bar, only 500 meters from the hotel. plus, the free breakfast was a nice touch with delicious cinnamon rolls that I couldn't resist! This place is perfect for couples like us looking to take leisurely strolls and discover Fresno's park views, but the odd-numbered rooms were quite noisy if you're sensitive to sound.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored Roeding Park and had so much fun at the zoo. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was solid. Perfect base for our adventures.

Had a bit of a hiccup when checking in. The room I reserved wasn't available, which was frustrating.
